LIMITED TIME: Save 50% on labor for new siding & windows!

Pocket inserts are what most companies quote. The new window slips inside your existing frame. The old frame, along with any rot, settling, or air gaps around it, stays exactly where it is. It’s faster, cheaper, and leaves the underlying problem in place.
Full-frame window replacement is what we install. The old frame comes out completely. The rough opening gets flashed, spray-foamed against the framing, and sealed from the inside before the new Marvin unit goes in with a nail flange. Your home’s thermal envelope gets reset.
On a 1920s South Omaha home with original wood frames, a pocket insert is effectively hiding the problem. The frame itself is typically where the heat loss happens. That’s why we won’t quote pocket jobs here.

Here’s what South Omaha says about working with us
Real project example: A South Omaha homeowner replaced 11 original double-hungs in a 1930s bungalow. We removed every frame down to the rough opening, flashed and foamed each one, and installed Marvin Elevate double-hungs with aluminum-clad exteriors in Bronze. Interior trim matched in primed pine for homeowner painting. Total: $22,400. Install ran three and a half days.

Most South Omaha homes were built between 1900 and 1960. That means:
A pocket insert ignores all of it. A full-frame replacement is the only way to address what’s actually causing the heat loss, the drafts, and the condensation. It’s also the only install method we’re willing to warranty for five years.
Marvin is our primary line as Nebraska’s first Authorized Replacement Contractor. We install the Signature, Elevate, and Essential collections depending on budget and design intent. Every Marvin window includes Low-E glass as standard, not as an upsell, with U-factors rated for Nebraska winters.
ProVia is our second-tier line for homeowners who want strong performance at a lower price point. Vinyl and fiberglass options with lifetime limited warranties. Style options: double-hung, single-hung, casement and awning, picture windows, bay and bow, sliding, and custom shapes for arched, round, or specialty openings.
